How old do you have to be for treatment?

Treatments can only be provided to those aged 18 years and over. We may ask for ID for those that may look under the age of 25, so please bring some form of photo ID, such as a Passport or Driver Licence.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.

Do you do payment plans?

We do not offer any instalment payments. Payment will need to be made in full on the day of the treatment.

Are the treatments painful?

Some areas may be more sensitive than others and everyone manages pain differently. The lips have more nerves so certain parts of the lips will be more sensitive. Other areas may be less sensitive in comparison to the lips. We use a topical anaesthetic to help minimise any pain that may be experienced. The filler itself may contain a local anaesthetic to help minimise any pain. Most clients don’t experience much discomfort if any at all. There is minimal to no downtime following treatment so you can go about your day as long as you follow the aftercare advice given.

Anti-wrinkle injections are usually quite superficial and very minimal to no pain is experienced. In most cases, numbing cream will not be required.

How long do the results last?

The length of duration the fillers last depend on the area being treated, the individual’s internal factors and on external factors (lifestyle/exposures). Fillers are naturally broken down and everyone will breakdown the product at different rates. A person’s lifestyle, any exposure to sunbeds and saunas may contribute to the breakdown of the filler.

The effects of anti-wrinkle injections can last 3 to 4 months depending on the area being treated as well as the time it takes for synaptic-sprouting and receptor formation leading to the reoccurrence of muscular contractions and hence the ‘wearing off effect’ of botulinum toxin.

Are dermal filler injections safe?

There are potential complications that can occur if the correct precautions aren’t taken, which all get discussed during the consultation, so that you are fully informed. As long as the treatments are administered by a trained and insured healthcare professional then risks are minimal.

Can I get addicted to fillers?

There is no substance in the fillers to make you chemically addicted. Our clients return for treatments because they love the results and wish to maintain them!

Can I bring someone with me?

You may bring someone with you but limit to only one person and avoid bringing children as it would not be suitable for them to be present for the treatment.
